SCHATZ®inTEST recognizes automatically start and end of measurement. The brake system releases after each test. There is no need to back off the
simulator. Just measure again and again and again…

This feature saves time and testing costs compared with ordinary washer sets.

The built in torque angle transducers are equipped with SCHATZ®AUTOCODE. SCHATZ®inTEST recognizes
automatically the selected transducer. No transducer set up necessary.

The joint rate can be adjusted easily. No washers have to be changed.

Regulate the joint hardness only by turning a knob. Hard, Medium or Soft joint rates (according to ISO 5393) will be reached easily and SCHATZ®inTEST automatically saves the torque/angle ratio in the documentation. Up to 1000 measurement values (SPC version 5000) are stored
instantly in the measuring unit and can be displayed on-site or uploaded to the advanced SCHATZ®inTEST software.
