ANALYSE-testXpert® - THE FIRST
SOFTWARE THAT THINKS WITH YOU
The prerequisite for the accuracy of the parameters
arrived at for assembly is the earlier laboratory experiment, to ensure that
torque and clamping force combine to maximum effect. To analyze this, precise
sensor technology is needed that records several components, a corresponding
laboratory system with controlled motors and flexible, easy to use software to
control the processes and evaluate the resulting measurements.
Sophisticated measurement technology is accompanied by
qualified textXpert® software. This comprehensive software package grew out of
cooperation between two companies SCHATZ AG and Zwick GmbH. Thus years of
experience of testing connecting elements and of materials testing were brought
together. Eventually the equivalent of 120 man years of software development
work went into this program. This becomes apparent from its comfortable ease and
security of use, as well as in the variety of control and evaluation functions.
We extended this software package in-house to include specific control
procedures and the evaluation of applications to record friction coefficients
for layered bolts.
